Of course I ship world wide! The final shipping cost will be advised before you commit to your purchase. Items that are in stock, will be dispatched on Mondays and Thursdays. If items are not in stock, or by any other reason there will be a delay in shipping, buyers will be notified as soon as possible.
New Zealand orders are sent tracked with Post Haste through GoSweetSpot. You have the option of non-signature or signature at the same cost. However, the buyer bears responsibility for the parcel with Non-Signature. Please note that there is an additional cost for rural delivery, please select that option if you live on rural (RD) address.
Australian and Rest of World orders are shipped non tracked via International Air Mail. Courier with tracking is available for an extra cost, please enquire.
Shipping within NZ approx 1–5 working days.
Shipping to Australia approx 3–10 working days.
Shipping to the rest of the world approx 6–10 working days.
Please note that time for shipping is approximate. It is out of my hands and varies a lot. Sometimes packages take a detour and delivery ends up being delayed. If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 working days (NZ) or 15 working days (international) please let me know so I can investigate.
International customers are responsible for fees and taxes imposed by their own country. If your package is delayed it can potentially be held by customs in your country and additional fees need to be paid.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
I make all products with lots of care and love and I hope you will be satisfied with your Happy-go-knitty products. Should you find anything wrong, please contact me as soon as possible to work out a solution. If you aren't satisfied with your item(s) I can refund the cost if they are returned in the same condition as when they were sent out. I am unable to refund on the shipping costs. The buyer will also have to cover the return postage costs. Please note that custom orders can not be returned.
All Happy-go-knitty yarn is hand-dyed, colour variations are intentional. The utmost has been done to reproduce the colour accurately, but please keep in mind that different screens vary.
If an item is faulty, I will be happy to refund or replace the item if it is not possible to fix it easily. Please email before returning any items and together we can figure out the best solution.
If you change your mind after the order has been placed but prior to packing and shipping, I will happily provide a full refund.
