A wonderful yarn spun here in NZ - merino blended with alpaca. It's an artisan yarn that that will vary slightly with every batch, the blend will be the same but the colour of the fibres will vary. The yarn is worsted spun. Beautiful for stranded and fair isle knitting. Suitable for garments, hats, scarves, mittens and big, cosy shawls. This yarn is not superwash treated.
Gentle handle wash. Due to this yarn being non superwash, please handle it gently so that it doesn't felt.
This yarn is hand-dyed, colour variations are intentional. After dyeing, the yarn has been thoroughly washed and rinsed.
Due to being a limited yarn, it has not been professionally photographed. The utmost has been done to reproduce the colour accurately, but please keep in mind that different screens vary.
Other colours and quantities are available on request.
We always recommend hand washing our yarns and whatever you make out of them!
