Shipping

Items that are in stock, will be dispatched within 5 working days. If items are not in stock, or by any other reason there will be a delay in shipping, buyers will be notified as soon as possible. Preorders will have an estimated dispatch time.

New Zealand: Flat rate shipping $7. Flat rate rural shipping: $11.
Orders are sent tracked with NZ Post courtesy GoSweetSpot. Please note that there is an additional cost for rural delivery, please select that option if you live on rural (RD) address.
Shipping time frame approx 1–5 working days.

International Orders: Add items to cart and your shipping rate will be calculated to your destination at checkout. 

AUSTRALIA
Orders under NZ$250 are shipped tracked with NZ Post International Air Mail. Orders over NZ$250 are shipped with NZ Post International courier.
Shipping time frame approx 5–20 working days.

REST OF WORLD
Orders under NZ$250 are shipped tracked with NZ Post International Air Mail. Orders over NZ$250 are shipped with FedEx.
Shipping time frame approx 5–20 working days.

Please note that time for shipping is approximate. It is out of my hands and varies a lot. Sometimes packages take a detour and delivery ends up being delayed. If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 working days (NZ) or 20 working days (international) please let me know so I can investigate.

International customers are responsible for all fees such as tax, duty and tariffs imposed by their own country. If your package is delayed it can potentially be held by customs in your country and additional fees need to be paid. Please contact your local depot.
